A receipt of materials document is used to record a series of data detailing characteristics of a load, such as a detailed description of the material being sold, photographic documentation which clearly shows the material, the vehicle in which it is being carried, etc. This information is essential for the subsequent identification of the transaction and anyone involved in it.
