The Administrator of the System (the "Administrator”) grants you permission to use the content of the Site only for noncommercial, personal use. You are prohibited from – wholly or partially – reproducing, publishing, transmitting, modifying, displaying, reusing or otherwise using the content of the Site, without the Administrator' s written permission.
Despite all reasonable efforts the Administrator uses in order to include accurate and up to date information in the Site, the Administrator makes no warranties or representations as to the accuracy, correctness or reliability of its content. Given the nature of the Internet, users and visitors of the Site fully acknowledge that the Administrator may not be able to exercise control over the content and security of the Site. Thus, the Administrator neither warrants nor assumes any responsibility or liability for the content and the security of the Site. Additionally, the Administrator is not liable for any damage arising out of or in any way connected with the access and the use of the Site or content.
The Site contains links to sites owned or operated by parties other than the Administrator. Therefore, the Administrator does not control, and is not responsible for, the content or privacy policies on, or the security of, such sites. If you establish a link to such sites through the links provided in the Site, you do so at your own risk.
Any personally identifiable data and information voluntarily submitted to the Site will be used and treated in accordance with Law 2472/1997. "Data” and "information” includes information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.
The Administrator collects personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, email address, telephone number, post code and occupation in each accredited organization, when you register with the System. Once you register with sign in to the System, you are no longer anonymous to us and your usage data will be connected to your account.
The Administrator has access to, and uses the abovementioned personally identifiable data only for the purpose served by the System. For the same purpose, the Administrator provides the personally identifiable data only to the competent police authorities. Users, by voluntarily submit ting their personal data to the Site, accept that only the Administrator and the police authorities have access to, and use the data and only within the purposes set and served by both the Site and the System. The Administrator does not rent, sell, or share information about you (including personally identifiable information) with third parties, apart from the ones explicitly mentioned above. Personally identifiable data is not disclosed in publicly accessible areas of the Site, that is in areas accessible by the general public that may be indexed by search engines.
The Administrator has physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with its legal obligations to protect information about you.
These Terms of Use and your use of the Site are governed by the Greek laws. The courts of general jurisdiction, located in Athens, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of, relating to or concerning these Terms of Use and/or the Site.
